While language is
an element of belonging
to a greater social group, the 'musicality' of
an individual's voice contains his/her
individuality.

Advances in the
sector of sound
analysis, particularly
the soundgraph,
offered me new
horizons for observation
& research, and
allowed me to join
my art with
technology.

In the metamorphosis of
an individual soundgraph
into a sculpture,
I am led by the word's
meaning.

The sculpture is then
formed through the
dialectic relationship
between shape and
meaning. The result may be either chord like or percussional,
it may swing or vibrate, depending on the
material
